Memories in the Making

Be Growth is honored to become a licensed Memories in the Making ® training organization.

Memories in the Making is an art program for people living with dementia that recognizes their ability, agency and dignity.

​

This training is designed for senior living providers, community centers and individual caregivers and professionals.

​

Participants who take an exam and show competency will become certified facilitators.  We are designing a self-paced online training based on the Memories in the Making curriculum and expect to launch soon.

​

Thanks to the Colorado Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association who hosted Memories in the Making trainings for 30 years and trained countless facilitators.

 

The Colorado Chapter will no longer host the Memories in the Making program and has partnered with Be Growth Dementia Education and Purple Art to provide meaningful art engagement.
